Since the debut of their lead single "Songsick" and their self-entitled album, San Fermin has been receiving as good of a response as a band could hope for. The Brooklyn based group curated by Ellis Ludwig-Leone, has been catching the ears of both young and old with their new age baroque sounds full of genuine vocals and bonafide instrumentation. Since their album drop of off Downtown Records in early September, they've been featured on NPR, Rolling Stone, countless amounts of music blogs, and are now in full throttle on a North American and European tour. They've sent over the material for "Sonsick" to fellow Downtown Records artists Vacationer for the remix treatment and an earthy, ventilated and fluid rework has resulted, as you'll see in the track posted below. You can take a listen to Vacationer's steady indie-electronic sounds and head bobbing hip-hop beats on their latest album, Gone. And while you're at it, make sure to check out the remix they did a few months ago for Major Lazer's "Get Free" track.
