Back in August drum & bass kingpin Friction shared with the world his latest single “Long Gone Memory” on B.Traits ‘Special Delivery.’ The track featured the vocals of Roc Nation’s rising talent Arlissa and it was the perfect dose of harmonious vocals and Friction’s striking drum work.

Today we have the Bristol based duo My Nu Leng’s entrancing take on the track. If you thought Friction was going to take you on a trip to the dark side, My Nu Leng takes you one step further down the rabbit hole, where they command your ears with the sounds of a bass so pleasing you might just forget about your current surroundings and actually lose your mind to the music. The pair is known for their hard-to-categorize sound, yet they remain in the realm of deep and dark spectrums that always stay on top with the vibe. Their hefty 2-step indebted rework of the track floats fluently over the bumping bassline for the ultimate psyche numbing experience. Just like Men in Black’s neuralyzer, My Nu Leng will take your memory, in a good way of course.
