When this years hottest producers are signing your praises you know you are doing something right. Just the other day Disclosure shared Kaytranada’s extra sexy edit of Teedra Moses’ “Be Your Girl” and instantly sent our excitement levels through the roof. Kay’s been relatively under the radar, but his fire is accelerating as fast as an Alegra R. Less than a week ago Kay was igniting our ears with his handcrafted single “At All”, which we still have on rotation. But the genre-defying guru isn’t giving us much time to let it simmer as he returns today with his edition of Azealia Banks and Pharrell’s swerving collaboration “ATM Jam”. Putting his golden hands to work, Kay turns the original into a tropically inspired beat driven by booming drums and cascading synths. As Kaytranada gets ready to kick off his No Peer Pressure Tour this October, we can only say we will be tuned in and on to this budding artist.
