So what we have here is a rarity: a rarity in that Bamf is a completely new mystery. All we know is that he is from London, and has next to nothing for online presence. So what is there to say about Bamf? Other than his name possibly referring to the term "badass motherfucker," there isn't too much to drone on about.
His first release is named "Hold Me Close", and it's quite a doozy for his first step in the musical world. It's got the spunk and energy to make it a good mild dance song, though it has that low-gear purr to tone things down. The track has a slight liquid drum and bass disguise over the edgy snares and clean effects, which is a refreshing change of scenery from all the saturated bass and synths of EDM. If this is truly his first song, he's definitely on the right path to something righteous.
