Alex Metric and Jacques Lu Cont have had quite a successful run with their latest collaboration "Safe With You," featuring the distinctive vocals from Malin, of Niki & The Dove fame. Released on Ministry Of Sound, this track recently took the number one seat atop the Cool Cuts chart and has been making waves all summer. Enter the Dutch duo, Baskerville who took on the challenge to remix the hit and have successfully conquered it by putting their own spin on it. Thijs va der Klugt and Bart Possemis aka Baskerville are giving listeners an interesting twist on the original track. The remix amps up the energy with the increased tempo and even Malin's vocals are left in warped fragments over the electronic beat of the drums and synth. Baskerville is no stranger to the dance floor and they definitely know how to cut up a track. Their latest EP titled Fruitfly surprised followers with a darker dance track than they're known for, but the remix of "Safe With You" brings us back to their characteristic vibes. The remix holds great dance room potential and is sure to rock the crowds, but with a much higher energy than the original track did.
