Israel’s Maor Levi has been delivering a huge range of different sounds through his singles and remixes this summer. From tracks like “Holding On” that fall under the laid back, deeper sounds of Anjunabeats to the lightly dubbed progressive club fare like his collaboration with Pierce Fulton on “Wanna Be,” summertime has been Levi’s real time to shine and own the expansion he’s seen in his repertoire. Today he’s released another track that is both compositionally impressive and wonderful on the ears entitled “Beautiful Disaster.” Out on Nettrax on Beatport today, the record falls somewhere in between the aforementioned sounds, with a quirky melodic synth line that lies quite interestingly against the gentle vocals of Daphne.
