MK aka Marc Kinchen has turned Francesco Rossi vocally driven house tune “Paper Aeroplane” into his own soulfully laced deep house version. The DJ/Producer who exiled himself from the house music scene back in 1996, due to a change of pace in dance music, lack of creativity in the field, and ultimately to become more mainstream, has reemerged a decade later as if he never went away. His edit of Rossi’s track doesn’t stray far from the original, but he adds his own bounce and flair to make it his own. Contemporary low-end techniques highlight the alluring vocals, while a funky bassline will have you dancing and singing “Got to say mmm mmm.” “Paper Aeroplane’s” remix package also includes work by Tom Staar, WAWA, Spectrem, and Ray Foxx all out via the Italian label d:vision.
