Now signed to Domino imprint Double Six, George Fitzgerald returns with another silky smooth number that is impossible not to fall in love with. Fitzgerald is going from strength to strength, improving his unique sound every time he drops a new song. There are no indications whether this song will be on an EP or, better yet, an LP, but for the moment, everyone must be happy just with this absolute banger.
Fitzgerald enjoys using vocals but never has he used them as heavily as he has for this one, with the soulful voice adding another layer to his music. It's no Disclosure song that would focus more on having a catchy chorus than substance within the beat, but Fitzgerald's focal point will always be his deep house, which is why we love him. As per usual, the tempo of this song ebbs and flows, with lots of subtle drops that keep everyone on their toes. Fitzgerald has yet again produced a foolhardy number that will be played in many, many DJ sets all around Europe and hopefully the rest of the world.
Many have watched Fitzgerald grow as an artist and he is now getting the acknowledgement he deserves. Far from the maddening crowd, you will find Fitzgerald at a number of festivals tearing it up with a mixture of disciples and those who have been lured in by the terrific sounds he makes.
