Clair Boucher, otherwise known as Grimes, posted a video on her Tumblr yesterday that features "Venus in Fleurs", off of her debut album Geidi Primes, accompanied by an assortment of clips taken at the Reifel Bird Sanctuary in British Columbia. While Grimes typically has a hand in the creation of her videos, the panning shots and close-ups in "Venus in Fluers" were blended together by Video Marsh, who has also created videos for Caribou, Crystal Castles and Shlohmo.

Throughout the video Boucher's icy voice expands out of the hazy instrumentals, which is visualized by showcasing open spaces and the different paths that birds take within them. As Grimes says on her Tumblr, "it’s very very beautiful and haunting and peaceful and scary."
