Fyfe brings alternative pop to a whole new dimension with his latest release of "Lies". In preparation of the release of Fyfe (Paul Dixon)'s debut EP titled Solace (set to be available April 7 courtesy of Benvolio Music), this 23-year-old Londoner greets us with his analytical yet instinctive take on the realm of pop.
Deviating away from the path Fyfe's previous singles "St. Tropez" and title track "Solace" cleared, "Lies" accentuates a style that could be described as eccentric, evolutionary and charming. The sound proves to be spacious and inviting, allowing us listeners to envelope our ears in organic melodies, clean vocals and harsh percussion prominence.
