It's been a good week for space. The largest cosmological object to date has been discovered, and Brooklyn-based reverb cosmonauts Lazyeyes have cut through the outer vacuums of boredom with their sweetly melodic single "Wait". In anticipation of the release of their debut EP, the band has released an animated video for the track full of deep space battles, black holes, and colorfully erupting nebulae. Directed by Kevin Li, it's a subtle throwback to the video games and television shows of our childhoods, and it serves more than nicely as accompaniment to the tune's bursting choruses and bright, needly riffs.
