Originally introduced as Eppard (& Nora), Oberlin pop escapist Kevin Messinger has been working on a few gems for us to treasure. His newest track is titled "Die Like a Jazz Cat" and be forewarned, Danny Brown makes an appearance through Eppard's intricate mixing and mastering. Starting off with a jazz classic, he later plays the chorus of YACHT's "Dystopia (The Earth Is On Fire)" with distortions of bass heavy rhythm and blues. Danny Brown's voice adds that perfect glisten to the empowering pop chant, climatic glitches, thundering production, and the wholesome piano riff that throws you back a few decades.
