First, some rising pads and the forever heartstring-plucking Brandy – "Best Friend" sample ascend into a shuffling drumkit splendor. The windup seems to never cease, then out of nowhere the second drop barges in with an extra dose of percussive madness. "Moving On" is to catchy to say the least – DJs need this tool in their belt.
