18-year-old Houston native Cory Jreamz caught my ear a few months ago with his single "No Castles in the Air". The melodic instrumentals and the cohesion of his nerdy lyrics are the perfect combination. The city of Houston is world famous for the Trill southern sound so I found it very refreshing that he was able to find his own musical lane. He recently released a song titled "18", symbolizing his 18th recorded song as well as his 18th birthday.
