Sharing a name with two of my most favorite things in life, London-based electronic duo Loud Luxury have recently crafted a solid gold remix of the Foxes’ indie hit, “Youth”. The track drips with progressive house, from Louisa Rose Allen’s bittersweet vocals that strike a cord in the heart of every twenty-something to the funky mid greeting you from the start. My favorite part of the track, however, would have to be the anthemic melody smartly added throughout the builds. It feels like the end of summer, when the bright yellow rays of sun start fading into somber golden tones, heralding a close to the wild months of indulgence. Loud Luxury is an act to keep an ear on (they announced that they're opening for Cosmic Gate on November 15th), so like them on Facebook and stay tuned for more big news.
