Here's some more music coming out from the Garden State, this time from Modern Outfit, a production duo consisting of Marvel Alexander & Curtis Samuel aka Snugsworth. Today they let loose a new project titled Frequencies. It was produced entirely by Snugsworth and was mixed and mastered by Alexander, also out of Modern Outfit. Album artwork was also designed by Snugsworth.
The project consists of 10 amazing chill-wave records, with stand-out tracks like "L$D" & "Catwalk". As you listen to the project you come to appreciate how they are able to bring a warped, washed-out sample from ironic sources delivered with a kind of laid back feel to it.
