A little over a month is all we have to wait until Purity Ring's debut album Shrines drops, which is set for release on July 24 through 4AD. The excitement for the album is palpable and to help tide fans over, Purity Ring has just unveiled "Fineshrine", a new single from their forthcoming album. Following up on "Obedear", front woman Megan James lures the listeners in with her ethereal vox before subjecting them to the grisly world depicted in the song. Painting the picture for a "blood-soaked love song," "Fineshrine," riding atop Corin Roddick’s churning beats, will completely envelop the listener before lodging itself deep into your mind.
