Metric – Artificial Nocturne (Love Thy Brother Remix) [Premiere]

Metric has always been one of our favorite groups.  As two Canadian kids Metric seemed to dominated the indie rock and music scene as a whole but remixes like MSTRKFT's gave us all the more reason to love Emily Haines, James Shaw and the bunch. Last week I reviewed the new Synthetic album here and said we were going to remix our favorite track off the album "Artificial Nocturne"… We did just that and hope it somewhat lives up to the daunting material.   Liam had NXNE all week in Toronto with his other group ANL but managed to find some time to bang this out. Like a lot of LTB tracks it consists of big orchestral buildups, tropical touches and arena rock drops. Let me know what you think in the comments!
