Even though Cassius' "I Love You So" was released almost two years ago, it still sounds as fresh as it did when it first came out. The infectious chorus of the song wouldn't leave Feature Cuts' head ever since his set at SXSW, so he was compelled to add his own flavor to the track. Adding heavy bass and a face-melting drop, Feature Cuts turns the track into his own. Stay tuned for more releases coming soon from the quickly rising producer out of Houston, TX.
"This track marks another step up for me in my pursuit of success within my passion for music. The original was a track that was stuck in my head since SXSW. From then on, I couldn't forget the infectious chorus, hence it was just something I just had to remix into a heavier bass filled production." – Feature Cuts
Houston, TX is not known to be a hotspot for EDM music but Feature Cuts plans to change that. In a little under a year since he stopped producing Hip Hop to focus on his new calling within the EDM/Dubstep realm, Feature Cuts has already made a name for himself with only six remixes under his belt. With influences ranging from Skrillex, Datsik, Ajapai, Flux Pavillion, Steve Aoki, The Bloody Beetroots, Kaskade, Deadmau5, Wolfgang Gartner, and Dada Life, his sound is as unique as they come. If you are looking for dubstep, crunkstep, hoodstep, or just some loud ignorant bangers, keep an eye out for Feature Cuts.
