Top Dawg Entertainment/Interscope artist Ab-Soul released his latest cut "Terrorist Threats" earlier today, which, as the title suggests, is a heavy hitting and overtly socially conscious track. Ab-Soul pulls no punches on the Dave Free produced track, rapping on the hook, "wish I could see Haile Selassie / maybe my sovereignty will still be mine / if all the gangs in the world unified /we stand a chance against the military tonight." For the track Ab-Soul enlists the help of Detroit wildchild Danny Brown and the lovely Jhené Aiko who provides some eerily lulling vocals in the opening of the song. Despite being the arguably lesser-known member of the L.A. rap outfit Black Hippy, Ab-Soul consistently raps with a ferocious hunger which can easily be heard in his songs. Check out the track below.
