The weekend has come and gone, and now you're deep into your weekly grind. Never fear, Wobble Wednesday is back with more of your favorite face-melting bass drops to help you make the most of your mundane lifestyle. Let me introduce myself, my name is Logan and I'll be guiding you along through the many variations of bass music that we see these days, new and old. I wanted to turn the Wobble Wednesday feature into more than just a section for today's dubstep, so I decided it was only right to incorporate some drum & bass as well as an oldies section into the weekly feature.
You'll be hearing amazing bass-driven tunes from the softer, chiller side of dubstep to the filthy, grimier side that everybody loves to rage to. I'll also dip into the world of drum & bass as well as add some classic tunes from the 'golden age' of dubstep. All I ask from you guys is to enjoy and download. Once the weekend hits, steal the iPod at the party and throw on these songs. Guarantee it will make the place jump!
BASS
NumberNin6 has been deep in the bass game for years. He has recently released a new track entitled "Bump" for free, in honor of his latest EP release that came out yesterday. The young French producer, Mansion, has been on a tear in 2012. His newest remix of "Crashing Down" by Emma is an instant hit. He finds a way to blend the vocals into the song without making it sound like they were just layered on at the end. Great production, and a must listen.
FILTH
At Dawn We Rage is back with a new loud filthy remix by none other than the one Filth Collins. This remix shows the copious sounds that ADWR is capable of, while still keeping to the distinct sound that we've recognized by the Arizona duo. Urban Knights has a special way of making a melodic soothing song into an instant grimy banger. Among the many new Dubstep tracks categorized as 'filthy' these days, KANE and KVL (aka the Urban Knights) have found a way to stand out from the crowd and make their own original sound.

OLDIES
This week I've got a few good classic jams by some real pioneers, one being from one of the biggest names in DnB, Sub Focus, with his hit "Last Jungle." I've heard plenty remakes of the same sampled song that are just as good or possibly better, but I wanted to include the original for purposes of respect. I also wanted to include the song "Diesel Not Petrol" by Sukh Knight. The loud bouncy, trombone-like bass makes it a good way to grab some interesting looks when driving in your car.
DRUM & BASS
DnB veteron, Sub Zero teams up with the young producer Supreme Being to create an amazing Drum & Bass hit single "Why Can't You See." This song starts off slowly with the easing vocals provided by Grimm, then about a minute in the drop hits turning it into a crushing dance tune. UK Producer, High Maintenance, just recently dropped a new EP and his single "Don't Lose It" is a loud and melodic Drum & Bass track that will surely be used by DJs around the globe to get the crowd up and jumping.
CHILL
Rusko dropped his new album, Songs, last week off the Mad Decent label. It's everything you'd expect from one of the biggest names in Dubstep, plus a few great surprises. For instance, this tune "M357" is very out of the ordinary from a normal Rusko song, its slower and more ambient, and the reason its in the Chill section to begin with. I've posted a good amount of remixes from Sub Focus' huge single "Out The Blue" but this one from XXXY is truly original. The way he can reorganize the vocals into something completely new and fresh, especially for this song, is amazing.
