Tarot Chords – Vol. 8

Tarot Chords lay before you to conjure more than what we currently have. They tell of a future unlike our own. A future we're in dire need of. The tale of renaissance and the cold rediscovery of the creative spirit. Witch house, drag, ghost drone, dark wave, dark snyth, witch bass, zombie rave and sometimes even seapunk will find their way into the notes of this feature. These sounds are brought to "life" by composers who not only to test the boundaries of music today, but most importantly the paradigms that envelope it.

In Vol. 8 we're able to let you embellish in the lovely dark snynth sound of Church of Synth. The duo calls their sound a hystrionic dark pop and I couldn't agree more. The German dark synth duo was kind of enough to give us 3 exclusive tracks. Imagine leaving a English rave in the early 90's and still having that beat bouncing back and forth in your head, but the MDMA has sucked all the serotonin and opiates from your brain. That sounds awfully depressing, but let's take the witch house angle with this. It's groovy dark and drone like and anything you could want. "Im Reich des Himmels" has this blissful feeling to it, kind of like running to the light at the end of the tunnel. No hope of reaching it.

Next we have Party Trash. This independent composer from Tennessee makes everything you could possibly imagine. Works under plenty of names so his diversity has no limit. Party was also kind enough to treat us with 3 new exclusive tunes! The first two he takes pop stars Mariah Carey and Beyonce to a land of soul loss and Shaman-induced altered state of conscious. Enjoy these 6 hot new exclusive tunes!
