Today's delivery is brought to you by CYNE. If you are a frequent follower of this feature; you'll definitely be familiar with CYNE. They are definitely one of my favorite modern hip-hop acts. Not only do they bring music that is pleasing to the ear but, like Andre 3000, if you re-listen to their tracks; you'll often find knowledge being dropped and sprinkled throughout the tracks. That's the beauty of a group like this.
Now, I don't know about you but I rarely run across holiday themed hip-hop and when I do, it's usually too gimmicky and not worth the listen. But, CYNE has come through with a track called "Boxing Day" that's featured on The Never Ending Beginning compilation project which features various artists from their Hometapes label. The track has a holiday theme but of course that's just on the surface. You gotta expect some messages to be present with this gift of a track.
