The thing about Star Slinger is he knows exactly what he is doing. I do not think I have ever heard a bad, much less a mediocre, remix by the man.
Admittedly, Sir Slinger wasn't off too bad with this Daedelus track, "Overwhelmed", featuring the atmospherical-soul vocals of Bilal. It can stand on its own. But after you hear it glazed with a candy coating of Star Slinger's pop rock-like existential grooves, you're reminded that even good things can be made better.
