Botnek's Back 2 School Mix
With less than two weeks before the school year hits, Canadian duo Botnek dropped a mixtape to cushion your late summer woes. Erase that frown with a slew of jaunting glitchy house sounds that have yet to be ID'd and look at the bright side. Frosh week is just around the corner and the Faceless fam are embarking on a tour that could be smashing your local watering hole. Botnek, Meati, Meech, and Wenzell are all in line and the due dates can be found below.

HAMILTON's 90910
A tape for the lovesick by yours truly. 90910 throws the touchy vibes of drama, jelousy, and heartbreak onto a couch of classic Roland drum rhythms. This isn't about showcasing the tunes you don't have, but the blues that plays inside you. So lull yourself from this manic world and plug into the burning passion of The Weeknd, Jacques Greene, Deadboy, and Julio Bashmore as you revel in the wet sounds of racy emotions.

Azari & III Presents Dinamo Azari's Energies of Men
For the Azari diehards – the two turning the knobs churned out a bonus mix for each and you can pick both up exclusively when you grab a copy of their self titled debut LP on Rough Trade Records. Alixander III takes the bands influences in another direction with 50 minutes of all vinyl garage rock, surf, and shoegaze while Dinamo Azari sticks to the core roots of house music by incorporating early 90s styles with today's deep sounds. Would love a tracklist for both of these as I refuse to take the needle off either of them.

Kashii's Late Summer Mix
Brighton beat cook Kashii is starting to be a regular face around here. A forward thinker, and a future house name in the making. His latest mixtape is only a day fresh and the tracklist sets a good perspective on where the scene is heading. Colliding percussive genres like UK Garage by Joy O and Boddika with love house gems by Kry Wolf and Eats Everything. It's hit after hit, without banger after banger.

Carte Blanche's House Party 2: The Pyjama Jam
A timeless tape by Ed Banger duo Carte Blanche. Don't worry about dates here, half of these tracks never made it off vinyl and some have yet to be released. The boys jester with new school and old school vibes to bring you a piece of art that's playful and insensitive. Not to mention the smooth transition between a 20 year gap in mastering technology, the two pull it off well and it sounds GOOD.
