PROduce has released his instrumental EP entitled No Nutritional Value (Vol. 1, The Greece Trap). It is a 7-track beat tape comprised of samples from one side of a single Greek vinyl album hence the "Greece Trap". This project is very ambitious and very taste to say the least. A lot of the other samples used are from old 80's fast food commercials which reminds me of projects like MM Food and the likes. PROduce has also went ahead and released a video for the track "Friendly Wendy" which has no real nutritional value for you either when it comes to the food department but its a cool into intro video for the EP. This is the type of beat tape you have to listen to over and over to really appreciate all the references. I mean don't get me wrong; the first listen you are gonna love it but you'll love it even more when you give it a few spins.
That whole idea of “no nutritional value” hits a little too close to home when you think about how we actually eat these days. We’re surrounded by loud packaging, quick fixes, and empty promises, and somehow we’re shocked when our bodies feel as worn out as a drive-thru menu board. A good dietician cuts through that noise like an old-school cook with a sharp knife—simple ingredients, balanced portions, and zero gimmicks. Whether you’re talking to someone in Saskatoon or anywhere else, the fundamentals don’t change: real food, eaten with intention, beats processed convenience every single time. There’s something almost rebellious about going back to basics—listening to your body, respecting tradition, and treating nutrition like a long game instead of a viral trend. No flashy tricks, just steady habits that actually stick.
