Stones Throw Records has released a new video from Mayer Hawthorne. This guy is truly amazing. He's able to transport you back to simpler times with just the use of his voice. The video shows Mayer Hawthorne participating in a barbershop quartet on the corner. The song performed is "When I Said Goodbye". This guy has soul and you can see, hear, and feel it.

His debut album comes out on 9/9/09 and it will be entitled A Strange Arrangement. Stones Throw Records never disappoints with the artist they pick up. Check out the video:
