The previous year was significant for both Valentino Khan and Wiwek, with both artists quickly rising to become huge hit-makers in the electronic world. LA based producer, Valentino Khan's “Deep Down Low” was the most played track by DJs in 2015, as it was a favourable club track. Dutch producer, Wiwek gained attention as Jungle Terror mogul with tribal bangers such as “Riot” and Hardwell collaboration “Chameleon”. Bringing together both Khan's bass heavy sound and Wiwek's primitive vibes create for nothing less than a party banger.
“Tropicana” released on OWSLA, hits the ears as loud and rambunctious. The track is quick to jump into the jungle beats and siren noises as if the track is calling for a riot happening. The first drop is simply a reverb of the opening of the track. The second drop is preceded by a rough grunt and the jungle noise is carried over a hardstyle tempo that will keep feet non-stop moving. This heavy-weight collaboration will definitely have crowds pumped and animated in the most primitive way possible.
