Aussie producer aywy (or abstract youth) is the co-founder of future beat collective Flow-Fi, and totes an impressive catalogue of steamy beats and lush soundscapes. You’re doing yourself a disservice if you’re not regularly indulging in his therapeutic music. Some of his recent work includes collaborations with fellow Flow-Fi member Ekali, which are along the lines of future bass/R&B. But one day he was like, “fuck being on some chill shit,” and a few days later, dropped this low-end, trap-ish banger, “Murder.” Let me warn you, it’s absolutely mental. When you hear this drum pattern, a sinister smile might creep on your face. If I’m being completely honest, it actually made me a little mad how dope it was. C’mon dude, you can’t be good at everything?! Aywy reminds us, “I’m a gangsta, but y’all new that…” Watch out for this one.
