Sometimes all it takes is some good ol' poppy house to make your day a little bit better. And believe it or not, the ones delivering that to our ears are an odd pairing: high school sophomore and breakout artist Cole Plante, and trusted trance duo Myon & Shane 54. Featuring the vocals of Koko Laroo who has a history of delivering some addicting vocals, "Lie to Me" is a track that finds a perfect medium between pop and mainstream progressive house, but without falling into the boring homogeny that is taking place so often. Instead, it's just plain catchy.. Out on Hollywood Records and with an upcoming remix by R3hab, "Lie to Me" is a great example of how unexpected collaboration can lead to great things.
