The Kills are a bold bunch, taking on the task of covering what is arguably one of the most classic tracks of the late 60's, "Pale Blue Eyes" by Velvet Underground. The timeless track (written by Lou Reed) helped solidify Velvet Underground's spot as one of the greatest bands of all time, and the rendition of the track by The Kills is a refreshingly bluesy-rock take on it. The track is the B-side from their wonderful single "The Last Goodbye," and will bring you back to a time when every song didn't have to have something electronic in it to be good.
