According to our sonic-radar The Brooklyn Mirage is forecasted to reveal itself for the first time in 2019 over a full-fledged weekend of May madness. After an undeniably impressive season last year, New York’s’ biggest open-air venue will reemerge from the fog with a sold-out kickoff featuring South African DJ and Ibiza superstar Black Coffee on Friday, May 10 with The Cityfox Experience: Regenerate on Saturday, May 11 hosting both live and DJ sets from a lineup coveted dance music acts.

The venue will open their doors to superstar DJ and Ibiza mainstay Black Coffee on the second Friday of May from 10pm-4:30am. Sold out nearly fifty days in advance, revelers can look forward to a night filled with the Hï Ibiza resident’s signature deep and soulful afro house sound in the stunning outdoor Marrakech-inspired setting. Support artists are still to be announced.
Known for their star-studded lineups of established and up-and-coming house and techno talent, The Cityfox Experience starts its summer residency at The Brooklyn Mirage to the theme of Regenerate on Saturday evening from 7pm-4:30am.
With melody-driven artists Recondite and Monolink at the helm, they will be joined by Afterlife and Diynamic mainstays Adriatique, Hot Since 82, Patrick Topping, and Keinemusik founders &ME and Adam Port playing back-to-back. Anja Schneider also makes her return as does local stalwart Lauren Ritter alongside San Francisco-based Rachel Torro for her Brooklyn Mirage debut. Clarian will be gracing the decks for a special live performance while 16BL will bring their signature atmospheric, progressive house. The UK’s Acid Mondays also join the lineup with Brooklyn local DJ Hiyawatha rounding out the bill with his signature energetic bass.
The venue has become globally renowned for its' immersive, innovative and cutting edge visual experience. Complemernting Saturday's exceptional music lineup all 3-D mapped visuals have been designed by Sila Sveta Studios, who recently provided visuals at Coachella.
Health-conscious fans will rejoice as 2019 marks the delivery of a new organic and vegetarian-friendly food menu for the 2019 season from Executive Chef Chris McLaughlin (Yankees Stadium, Ford Amphitheatre, Z Hotel).
With two sold-out dates for Rüfüs du Sol already on the calendar for August alongside sold out events from Disclosure and Kaskade helping kick off the 2019 season this May we are thrilled to confirm return takeovers by Afterlife, Mayan Warrior and Saga.
