As Canada day weekend approaches we have but one thing to look forward to as another two months of the summer has come and gone, the next Electric Island party. This time around we welcome a collective of DJs that have been at the forefront of each genre of dance music they represent.

Kicking off the day is another top selection of local talent second to none with Butrous, Koki, Jeff Button, and Dirty Dale. Progressing into the day sees the first invited headliner of the festival and a Toronto favourite, Honey Dijon. We can’t even imagine the number of dance floors that the Windy City legend, Honey, has brought to Toronto over the years she’s been active.

It’s been just over a year now since the next group of Parisians has brought their digs to the city, and with that we are more than excited to hear the records they bring down for the Canada day celebrations. Apollonia has been pumping out quality music on their label and isn’t slowing down anytime soon. With knockouts from Point G, Alci, Premiesku and more, we look forward to what the future holds for the three!

Taking the sundown is a legendary techno b2b that Toronto has yet to witness. Coming off of a monster set from Awakenings, Marcel Dettmann b2b Ben Klock is something most of us have been looking forward to for a long time and finally our imaginations can be put to rest!

And what better act to close out the festival than an Italian duo that’s closed the festival out more than once. An electric island veteran and a group of new wave techno tastemakers, Tale of Us is back at the island once again to blow some minds with their signature sound.
