In about a month and a half the summer concert and festival season here in Toronto will officially be under way with one of North America's best traditions; Electric Island. This year's festivities stretch over the course of four long weekends, but to add to the impact, the final weekend will see a back to back weekender to close things out. Today we are blessed with the overall lineup for the entire summer, and we couldn't be more excited. Arguably the best we could imagine, the world's top techno artists descend on the island, including Âme (live), Dixon, Ben Klock vs Marcel Dettmann, Guy Gerber, Jamie Jones, Loco Dice, Sven Vath, and Tale of Us to name just a few.
Of course, the city's top local acts will pave the way for each day, as artists like Nature of Music and Sean Miller will play opening sets as they continue their rise with releases on Hernan Cattaneo's label Sudbeat and Hot Since 82's Knee Deep in Sound, respectively.
