DIVA and Primitive World have just prepped the finishing touches on their label Obsession Recordings' upcoming release.This second offering will have contributions by both Primitive World and the semi enigmatic German producer, Yør (Purple Maze), who joined them with his heavy track "Vertigo" on their debut Various Artists release earlier this year.
With the a-side holding Primitive World's brooding rhythms on tracks "Purple Caps" and "Tides of Lust", these insinuating tracks delve into a torrent of whirling sonic layers that are pinned in a beautiful, severe manner. Yør takes over the b-side appropriately as his ritualistic tendencies radiate over the 909 cadence he tends to create.
