I'm not sure if you've heard already, but apparently summer is in full force, especially here in the music industry. This of course means that DJs sporting those tropical house vibes are in even higher demand than usual, so we are happy to announce the return of Tobtok to our pages. We first caught wind of the Swedish producer back in February, when he premiered the first of his Tobtapes right here on EARMILK. That mix accompanied a huge success in the young artist's life, as he had just put out his first remix on the famed Kitsune label.
Fast forward a months and Tobtok continues his rise to fame, this time with a remix of the recent Kill Me Softly track, "Catch". Out June 9th on London's Nude Disco imprint, the rework infuses the original with a fresh new calypso sound that balances warm drum work with Jane Elizabeth Hanley's soothing vocals. Somewhere between the ebb and flow of synth waves and reverberating guitar chords, you'll be lost in an ocean of summertime happiness.
