Multi-faceted rapper Navy Blue drops another timeless hip-hop gem with "Memoir In Armour."
From The introduction of “Take Heed,” to the closing track, you are met with such a unique style of gorgeous production. Truly abstract but true to original Hip Hop elements. Filled with so many different sounds and artistic colors, as if the mind is a canvas and the music is art being painted. His lyrics are thought-provoking and full of heart and soul with many different expressions seeking to keep the listener on their seat. He goes through different seasons of his life but also reflects on his personal relationship with God. At the end of the record, there's a snippet which is pretty interesting in itself.

Beautifully pieced together and consciously molded to fit the group of musical geniuses. Navy Blue's rhyme patterns are top-notch but smooth. Far from overbearing where it becomes challenging to follow the feel of the music.
