Georgia natives CDSM (Celebrity Death Slot Machine) share a glimpse of their genre-bending debut full length LP, Convertible Hearse with electrifying number “Shockable Rhythm.”
Showcasing a signature blend of edgy synths and brooding vocals rooted in a dark-wave musicality, the track brims with an intensity as the lyrics recount a near-fatal car accident. Kickstarted by a jolt of acapella vocoder rendering the words, “I am still alive”, the song depicts an accident involving a 16-wheeler, as well as memories from the near-death experience that followed."
