NYC electronic act MIDNIGHTCHOIR gives us a glimpse of sophomore album Loverboy Molotov with gritty yet groovy number “Into The Abyss,” led by atmospheric and hypnotic notes that form a lush bed for deep vocal stylings.
Led by a signature combination of edgy rock touches and pounding electronic beats, the track makes for a soothing but anthemic listening experience that builds on the introspective tone that his debut project THE CROWN laid foundations for.
The track is also accompanied by a lyric video with psychedelic visuals backing it up and elevating the laid-back but punchy feel brought to life by the track.
New York-born and raised electronic producer Patrick Bobilin has been creating music under the moniker of MIDNIGHTCHOIR since 2014 and he continues to deliver powerful and thoughtful messages in his music, with the upcoming album set to reflect his experiences in politics and protest, wrapped up in carefully crafted 80’s new wave and goth musicality.
