Jenny Kern is a Canadian-born Brooklyn-based pop singer-songwriter who hit the limelight in 2019 with her debut single Slow Burn”. This led to a European tour and many more collaborations, especially with producer Andy Seltzer. Her newest release "Move On" is a sombre and reflective pop ballad that explores the aftermath of a massive breakup and the many experiences of trauma in a toxic relationship. Bolstered by cinematic and dark textures that ooze pure emotional aura, Jenny takes us through her pain all through the healing stages. Her pained vocal runs slowly rise as the song progresses and with each fibre of her being, she brings us closer to the mix of the action with lines like "Want me to cry but I won't give you the notion/I'd rather die than show you that I'm broken/ 'cause 20 years from now, I won't remember how it felt".
In summary, "Move On" is Jenny Kern's redemption song and the perfect ode to finding the strength within to do the impossible.

"Move On" is a brilliant follow-up to her EP I Never Thought That You Were Listening which dropped last year. She is currently preparing for new tour dates and new music.
