Amanda Holley is a bi-racial Newark native whose musical talents manifested themselves before she could speak. Growing up with musical parents, her mum is a cellist while her dad is a guitarist/songwriter (who worked with Sarah Vaughan), she was exposed to music from birth. She later taught herself the violin and the piano and has performed at numerous venues from Carnegie Hall to the UN and Sony Hall. Her past releases include the title track from the film Sharon 1 2 3 and a handful of collaborations. She is currently working on her forthcoming project titled The HolleyGraphic EP, in collab with Billboard Charting producers and songwriters Davis Chris, Shane Foster, and Cecily Wagner.
After dropping "Fav Flavor" in 2022 she returns with the official visual for the song in 2023. The song produced by Korey Laws aka OhKayLaws exudes that quintessential R&B aesthetic with lush sombre keys, alluring textures and soft drums that blend perfectly with Amanda's soul-stirring vocals underpinned by expressive songwriting. The video was directed by Mikey Piliero with Amanda as co-director and the two bring out Amanda's true nature. From the crisp lighting, and silky set pieces that capture her in her element, viewers are treated to a compelling music video that displays her in an unapologetic manner.
