Kicking up a fuss within disco & funk music is Jesse Allen, aka Sparkee, who is back with a new track titled "Breathe." He’s a multi-award nominated music producer, guitarist and artist from Halifax, Canada who’s been keeping busy throughout the pandemic. The new single "Breathe" is a fresh sounding dance track that incorporates all the best elements of disco, funk and even a hint of rock.

Produced alongside up & coming producer Sierra, the song contains classic Sparkee synth hooks, grooving bass lines and Nile Rodgers styled funk guitar chords that makes warm days even better. Arrangement throughout by Sierra gives the track that special unique energy, with a breakdown section of nostalgic piano chords which beautifully contrast with fast guitar chords. "Breathe" is the second release of his upcoming EP, which is due to be released in September. Speaking on the new track, Sierra says “Having been a fan of Sparkee's past releases, the opportunity to collaborate was an easy yes! When I heard the instrumental I instantly knew it was the one and the song practically wrote itself. Super excited to give everyone one last banger before the summer ends”

"Breathe" by Sparkee is out now on all streaming platforms.
