Realio Sparkzwell recently released his Bloody Luciano album in August and now he is back with some set of crisp visuals. This time he takes us to the gritty parts of the block on "Honor My Plate." The New York emcee brings a modern touch to the classic mafioso rap on this track which is bolstered by Cali-based beatsmith Clypto's driving production.
For the visuals, he teams up with his longtime collaborator Trigg The Ruler, who puts the spotlight on Sparkzwell and his team as they make their daily runs through the city's Little Italy. Their operation takes them to different parts of the Syracuse-based neighborhood, and it ultimately culminates in a trip to a cohort’s own headquarters where bread is broken. The cinematic visuals play into the song's message of brotherhood and trust amongst his codefendants.
"Honor My Plate" is taken from Sparkzwell’s Bloody Luciano and is also available for stream through all major digital retailers. You can also get the album in the following formats; Vinyl and CD (w/ Obi Strips) and CD (no Obi strip).
