West coast heavyweight Kazi teams up with Bay Area spitter C Keys for an upcoming collaborative project entitled 'Keys 2 Kazi' but in the interim, they share with us the visuals for their song "Barburyem". Known for his work with legendary producer Madlib, Kazi connects with C-Keys who is in rare form as he brings nothing but raw, unfiltered lyrics peppered with ear-grabbing pop references and punchlines that hit the base of the skull. Lines like "..mummify the track, that's the only way you (w)Rapping/…when the palms smack him, cross sound barriers like too many Aspirins…". There's absolutely no need for a hook here as the flows keep the listener glued from start to finish.
The visuals see the duo link up on a gloomy and rainy day, capturing the ominous vibe of the track – with the footage of graf writers spraying throws in the city on a dark day adding to and accentuating the haunting synths and thumping drums.
