Kingston-born artist Tessellated first caught our attention with super catchy single “Pine & Ginger” a shimmery pop and dancehall production alongside L.A. singer Amindi K. Fro$t that dropped last summer. Today, he reemerges with a new dancehall-laced production that will have your hips winding and grinding right into the weekend the beginning of your week. "Freeza" comes as a collaboration with prominent reggae star Shenseea and rapper Zac Jone$.

Speaking on the release, Tessellated remarks “I feel like Freeza is a perfect example of genre fusion, smooth jazz-inspired keys contrasted with rhythmic dancehall drum patterns. This is the sound I've been striving to achieve & I hope it will resonate with the people who listen." The cheeky lyric video is filled with a colorful digital design, that flows along with the laid-back and "cool" vocal work. Bouncy rhythms, smooth flows, and fast-moving verses merge together for an effortlessly easy to fall for record. This one deserves windows down, cool weather, and sunshine to go right along with it on full blast.
