Production duo Eyez & Sleepa take it back to the grime and grit as they team up with grime master Griz-o on the aptly titled single "Dark". The single exudes the classic grime elements we all love – vivacious and ominous synths, shuffling drum grooves and of course solid lyricism to tie it all together. The self taught duo really went back to the roots to craft this heavy tune and Griz-o is in his element on the track, showing exactly why he is called the grime master as he plasters the soundscape with a machine gun flow and razor-sharp lyrics.
The visual follows exactly what the title says and keeps it gully as well with absolutely no sugary elements in this visual. "Dark" is the lead single off the duo's newest project titled Late Ones. A project the duo say is a combination of consciousness and euphoric club rhythms.
