Earlier this month, EARMILK premiered the incredible Adesse Versions remix of the rave era classic "It's Alright", originally released in 1988 by Sterling Void. Alongside Adesse Versions, Toolroom label boss Mark Knight also provided a big room rework, as well as DJ Spen and Amine Edge & Dance stepping up for remix duties. To accompany the release surrounding the movement, Toolroom have put together a short documentary about the summer of love and the evolution of youth culture in music.

Together with Mark Knight, the documentary features Danny Rampling – the UK house legend who is widely regarded as one of the original founders of the UK's rave and club scene. "It’s quite difficult to put it into words, but what the summer of love did, it brought youth culture together, and it deconstructed the class taboos – racism, sexuality" Danny explains "youth culture melded into one. We all knew we were in this movement and felt part of a tribe. It was the acid house rave tribe". You can watch the documentary above, which also features Amine Edge & Dance, and check out the remix package from Toolroom below.
