Sometimes a release will arrive and everybody at Earmilk will know it's something a little bit special. That's exactly how we felt when Moon Harbour, the German-based label backing releases from Andhim, Hot Since 82 and Oxia, delivered 'Make It Right' – the forthcoming EP from Huxley and Hauswerks.
Huxley has spent the last seven years providing different styles of electronic – more recently settling somewhere in the tech and house realm which sees him holding down main stages as well as sweaty basements. He's joined by Hauswerks, who is still relatively new to the scene, finding his breakthrough in 2015 and seeing releases on underground favourites VIVa music, Elrow and Hot Creations. He's also the go to engineer for fellow industry mainstays Steve Lawyer, Doorly and Mark Knight
The title track opening goes in full peak time swing, an urgent upbeat tech house tempo teamed with a "Make It Right" vocal. "On Your Knees" follows again vocal heavy followed by the closer "Night Breed" – a synth-laden, hypnotising closer to wrap up the EP from the two producers.
