Synthetic World 859 ushers in their own unique brand of 80s synth-driven instrumental music for our listening pleasure with the release of their sophomore single entitled "Inner Voice". The duo are as eclectic as they come as they let the music do the talking and prefer to stay behind the boards pushing knobs and buttons. The almost three minute long instrumental gives off a weird ethereal, dreamy vibe that transports the listener into -as the duo claim- a futuristic psychedelic planet that permits total escape from reality. The duo further explains that the song was conceived using a Moog and a modified Korg Poly-800. Check it out below:
Synthetic World 859 is a San Francisco-based production duo made up of Ryan Ehresman, an Ex-Silicon Valley whiz kid who left everything behind to pursue a career in music, and Denise Dombrowski, a classically- trained German expat with an ear to the street. They pride themselves as a futuristic indie synth band from another planet. Their lore-surrounded sci-fi music has the sole purpose to catalyze the imagination, with influences including Com Truise, Nero, and Survive.
