Die Antwoord are back with a new single, "Fat Faded Fuck Face." This track really dips into their darker rap side, especially compared to the house party beat from "Banana Brain Dance Crew" which was released just a few days earlier. This new track is subtle in its confrontational lyrics, it demonstrates Die Antwoord's artistic ability to control the tempo with smooth rhymes and ominous, dark beats, without always having this maximum, in-your-face craziness. They've been devoting an intense amount of time and energy in the studio over the last couple years trying to expand their own limits of sound and it has definitely shown with each new single. The group had also recently done an interview with Exclaim! where they confirmed that the group would be breaking up in September 2017. "Die Antwoord dies on that day. It's all over. I feel beautiful about it. I'm not scared of the end." So everyone make sure you get on those tour dates this year while you still can.
